WHO WE ARE
Paving Construction Inc. originated from Paving Contractors Inc. which was started by Bert Persons in 1957. We started out paving streets in Pratt, Norwich and surrounding communities, but have operated primarily out of the Wichita market since 1961.
In 1984, Doug Hammond came on board and eventually purchased the company from Bert in 1996. Mike Anderson joined Paving Construction Inc. soon after as our Project Superintendent.
We are a licensed General Contractor with the City of Wichita, GC# 10184.

We are NOT a low bid contractor. Our decades of experience allow us to confidently provide a great product at a fair price. Don’t let yourself be fooled by an unbelievably cheap bid - the cheap route will cost you a lot of money in the long run.
